I know you know this, but just so it's clear... I'm not a doctor or nutritionist. This is just an avocation for me... advocating for my own best health for the past 7-8 years.
I don't read through the Wellness forum regularly, so if you have a specific question for me about tryptophan (or anything else) and I don't reply here, just chase me down in the Wen forum.
I have a really healthy meal plan and I try to search out the best supplements. A number of years ago Dr. Oz mentioned that people make a brand new body every seven years (i.e. every cell of every organ, etc.) and I took hope from that. I've been doing this for over seven years, olo so now I have a brand new body... lol, and brand new bouncy Wen model hair.

All of Andrew's capsules are small and formulated to be easy to swallow.
Agreed, Andrew absolutely insists that his capsules all be small enough for women who, as he notes, have smaller mouths than men. -- Over the years he had gotten some feedback asking that particular capsules be made smaller (i.e. calcium and Omega-3). He takes these requests very seriously and makes changes whenever possible.
I've taken his Ultimate Friendly Flora before and it's a fairly small capsule. The Cranberry Benefits capsule is large but not too large.

I haven't listened to Andrew's presentations yet, but I thought I'd share what I know about the benefits of cranberries for the body.
Cranberry supplements/juices are frequently recommended for people who get urinary tract infections. Evidentially, there is a compound in cranberries that makes it more difficult for bacteria to cling onto the sides of the bladder walls. Bacteria is more likely to slide off of the walls and get washed away. This helps prevent an overgrowth in bad bacteria. I believe that cranberries also have medicinal benefits which also reduces an overgrowth in bacteria in the bladder.
The kidneys, along with the liver, are two of the body's main detoxifying organs. They take a huge amount of abuse in order to keep the body healthy. Much like the liver, if the kidneys are not functioning well, you don't find out until it's a huge, huge problem. And at that point it may be too late to do anything about it. There are not that many foods which help support the kidneys (beets is a good one, but I don't like beets). So I take cranberry supplements as a general preventative.
it is really important to take your cranberry juice/supplements away from your probiotics (I'd say at least 4-6 hours apart). Probiotics are living bacteria and the cranberries do not distinguish between killing good bacteria and pathogenic bacteria. -- Also, don't eat garlic at the same time as your probiotics.
I have never had kidney stones but, from what I've read in the many reviews on the H as well as on other sites, cranberry supplements seem to help keep possible future kidney stones at bay.

Since I knew that Andrew would be having his UFF TS this weekend, last week I called Procaps Labs and asked them what the expiration date was for the UFF. They told me that it was a year and a half. Based on that info, I purchased two of the largest bundles which means I'll have 400 capsules which should carry me over for about a year. -- bebe

If you are looking for a year's supply of the Ultimate Friendly Flora, then I have a feeling that you might want to purchase two TSs because I wouldn't be surprised if the largest size is 180 capsules (or maybe 200 or 240 capsules).
Andrew's friendly flora products have been around for 2-3 years but they've had growing pains. Andrew usually brings new products to market very slowly because he wants to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. I think he may have jumped the gun on this product when he initially offered it because, at the time, he mentioned that his mother had really needed a friendly flora product like this.
Initially some folks complained that the FF powder capsules got hard/gelled after maybe 3-9 months. When I spoke to Procaps Labs, the CS people assured me that this in no way affected their effectiveness. I take a good number of Andrew's supplements and I've always had positive experience with them and their CS staff is very knowledgable, so I was satisfied with this response. However, a number of other people still had issues with it, so Andrew has reformulated FF several times. In the end, Andrew just decided to limit the amount of capsules in the largest size to 180 capsules. This way there was less of a chance that the contents would get hard.
Personally, I'm not concerend about having the capsules harden. Since they are not the pressed, "rock hard" tablets that other manufactures sometimes produce, I am confident that my stomach acid will dissolve the FF capsules quite quickly. -- Additionally, Andrew always manufacturers his TS products just a few weeks before the shows, so these ingredients are brand new.
One of the reasons it took Andrew so long to create his FF product was that he wanted his FF to be shelf stable. So don't put them in the refrigerator because evidently that won't make the FF happy campers. 
Also, one of the CS people I spoke with told me that there are way more than 25 billion colony forming units in each of the FF capsules because Andrew wanted to make sure that the last pills in each bottle still had 25 billion units in each of them.
