I must admit that I was a skeptic about Lessman's supplements, but last January I finally took the plunge on Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails. One year later, I have to say that my lifetime fine hair is becoming thicker with each month of use at a senior age where it had started to become thinner. I also added Peter Thomas Roth's Retinol Fusion PM to my daily routine in Jan. 2022, but Andrew's vitamin has to get some credit for the enhanced radiance and clarity in my face. In addition, my body skin looks clearer to me as well. My nails still aren't the strongest or longest nails, but since I prefer short nails, I only want them not to peel and that is not happening anymore. Everything I use contributes something, but I believe Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails is the lead horse pulling the wagon.

I take thousands of dollars worth of his stuff, these two are always in my arsenal. I will stick up on more. Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for getting me thinking about Hair Skin Nails from Lessman.
I am taking several Lessman supps and find them excellent; some you can SEE results, some are affecting our bodies without being seen. Lessman is consistently excellent about educating on the science.
Just ordered Hair Skin Nails AFTER researching what it has that might be SUPPORTED BY RESEARCH and ingredients I AM NOT GETTING IN OTHER SUPPS.
*** Biotin.
It appears that biotin does affect hair growth, thickness, and is commonly prescribed for people with chronic hair loss.
Good news, medical blogs are agreeing that you probably cannot overdoes on Biotin (unlike other vitamins). Lessman's gives 5000 of Biotin. Several medical sources say even 10,000 is not harmful.
Eventually age does affect hair growth for all of us (beyond other conditions that affect hair) and I have started noticing what seems like a bit more hair loss.
Totally affordable!

I could not find any research supporting the effects of phytoceramides as a supplement (as opposed to a topical cream).
Interesting theories, but no studies. Seems odd since it would not be difficult to design a study to show some effects.
As a result, I only ordered the Hair Skin Nails today.
In general, I'm not in favor, for me, of taking handfuls of supplements.

I've taken various versions of Hair Skin & Nails supplements for years, with no noticeable improvement that I could ever determine.
I've read every label of every brand sold out there. Of course, they all have biotin, but if you're already taking biotin in a good dosage, will more actually do any good?
Right now, I think the key ingredient might be Silica / Horsetail extract.
Anyone ever take a Silica supplement? I'm thinking I want to read more about this one.
