Still reading....
MK4 is available for a shorter amount of time than MK7 but MK7 doesn’t do what MK4 does. They are not interchangeable.

@Worldtravler Andrew said Mk7 may not be an TS in 2020.

I’ve recently heard opinions that K2 MK-4 is better than MK-7. I’d never even heard of MK-4. Have you? I guess this would be the time to research it.

I hope you don't mind me jumping in here. I appreciate you posting this question as I was not familiar with the MK-4 form.
This is what I found from a company called Thorne.
Is your vitamin K2 the MK-4 form or the MK-7 form?
Thorne offers both forms of vitamin K2 in different products. The end result of vitamin K2 synthesis is two vitamin K2 subtypes known as menaquinones, either MK-4 or MK-7. Both subtypes are nearly completely absorbed in the body, with peak serum concentration for MK-4 occurring at two hours after ingestion, and for MK-7 at four hours after ingestion. However, whereas MK-4 disappears from the bloodstream in about 8 hours, MK-7 can remain in the bloodstream for as long as 72 hours. Thorne uses both subtypes of Vitamin K2. Thorne’s 3-K Complete contains significantly more MK-4 than most other multiple-K products on the market, in addition to MK-7 as MenaQ7®, the form used in the majority of MK-7 research. Both are soy free unlike many others on the market.I didn't check out their prices.

Still researching...
”MK4 and MK7 are both forms of natural vitamin K2. MK4 stops and reverse bone loss, grows stronger bones and reduces fractures morethan 80%. MK7 has never been shown to reduce fractures. The use of MK4 is supported by more than 28 clinical trials with over 7000 volunteers.”

I ordered the 720 size of K2-MK7 from Procaps. Andrew has never had this size, a two year supply. This is a great price (13.8 cents/capsule). Costco has recently added Weider K2-MK7, 60 capsules for $21.99 (18 cents/capsule).
After reading @VaBelle35 post about it not be offered in 2020, I'm glad I'm set for a couple of years! Thanks!
I also ordered the 1,000 count Ca-Mg. That's all for now from Procaps, but I'll be ordering again in January.

Still researching but definitely not ordering ProCaps K2 product again. We use a lot more MO4 than MK7 and there are a couple others ahead of MK7, too.
“Plasma half-life. They keep repeating the fact that MK-7 has a much longer plasma half-life than MK-4. This is true – but it’s a self-serving argument. MK-4 is rapidly soaked up by many organs and tissues, so it will be quickly removed from the blood.”

I think I will try Thorne’s 3-K supplement. Thorne is a very good company and I already use some of their supplements.
Not getting the Thorne 3-K. We don’t need (or want) to supplement MK-1, which this has.
We need much more 4 than 7. Research saws Andrew’s previous comments that we don’t need more than 100mcg was correct. We don’t need the 200 he now offers.
There is a lot involved but I am now thinking I’ll try Innovix Labs Full Spectrum Vitamin K2. It contains both 4 & 7 and in the correct forms. Not expensive either.

@VaBelle35 Oh, I didn't hear that. Thanks for posting. Hope he changes his mind. We'll see! Maybe it will be a monthly special though.
