That's one I don't want to do without either. I don't have to take it every night with dinner like I used to. Have been changing my eating habits. Lost 20 lbs.

I lost fourteen pounds this year, but I am worried as Christmas is around the corner, lol.

I'm not making all the goodies I usually make plus not going to be around it so hopefully I won't do to bad. 

I decided in Oct I needed to change my eating habits some more & lost 20 lbs so far.
