my 2 cents..
Your body makes all the melanin it can in 10 minutes. I believe that is in 1 day. I am a melanoma survivor so I don't do the sun much. When I found out I was low in D the Dermatologist put me on 4000 a day and she liked a brand from a vitamin store. I switched to Andrew's D last year. My level was at 53 last fall. One of my docs this week told me that was great. I told him Andrew said he was at 70. The doc said those numbers would be more for an athlete.

I go to the eye doctor in July, so I will be interested to see if she notices any difference since I will have been taking it for almost a full year by then.
I've used AL's Eye Support for years and would never stop. I "used" to wear glasses, but I don't anymore. No restrictions on my driver's license. His Eye Support is in capsule form. Tablets are difficult to absorb. My improvements were noticeable almost immed. Try a 30 day supply to see if it helps. I think you will love it!

Thank you for posting. I was wondering when he would be making his next appearance. I need some more of his eye support vitamins.

I wish the UES TS was earlier. I am almost out. I don't want to go a day w/o it.

I don't think there is anything that will get rid of floaters. That is what my eye doctors have told me. Sometimes they decrease a bit on their own but never go away completely.

My D3 level is over 80 & I am not an athlete.
My D3 was very low at one time. It took a few long time to improve it to this level. My doctor would be happier if my level was 50 because that is what "most people" have. 50 is a bit low, IMO. I am interested in optimal health, not just avoiding scurvy. lol...

Not during the winter months. The further north you live the harder it is to get the sunshine you need during the winter months. It's also too cold to sit outside in the winter. You need to get the sun on more of your body than your face & arms. I used to swim every day so I had no problem getting enough sun. Also if you use a sunscreen above an SPF8 you cannot get the sun you need. So sit out in the sun 10-15 mins without sunscreen then apply sunscreen.

It is way more complicated than getting a few minutes of sun. It is not that easy for most of us. Do some research.
I learned I was deficient at a time when I was spending a lot of time outside in sunny Florida.

Yes I know. Like weight, age, color of your skin, where you live, the time of day, if you are wearing sunscreen etc. I know using Andrews Vit D works. Make sure you get a blood test because it's fat soluble.
