I have been taking it for years.  I don't take it for weight loss, I take it for energy and brain function.

This is one you see the difference right away.  It's subtle, though.  You don't suddenly start bouncing off the walls.

The mental clarity is where it's at for me.  I like to think it makes me smarter.  LOL

Along with a Paleo diet, which is the true way to clear the brain fog, this allows me to work long hours doing detail work on legal documents and things like that.

For a desk job, my work is highly physical and mental.

I have the same results with E&FMF as @VaBelle35 mentioned. I don’t take it for weight loss either but it makes a noticeable difference in other ways.

During one of his shows, I heard him say Feb 22 would be his next visit.

I like to take it about 30 minutes before I go to the gym for a workout.  I think the E&FM capsules allow me to keep on powering through a long workout (weights and cardio), thus burn more calories.  I am able to tolerate these with no side effects.

Thanks, @World Traveler, for that post. I buy some of AL's products and have managed to stagger purchases, which helps a lot. Lists like yours are great for planning.

Does anyone know about the Circulation & Vein Support? I don't see it listed as a TS in any month, only a "monthly special." Interestingly, it was a TS in January of 2019, but not in January of 2020.

Maybe it's been "demoted" lol to monthly special status.
