I have no desire to seek any medical information from YouTube.
I think if someone has a viewpoint they want to share about the diet they choose, it would probably be better received on this forum in two paragraphs.

@Susan Louise You say you post these comments and videos to teach people about your better lifestyle. I posted a sincere question in a previous post, which would have been a good teaching moment for you, but my question was completely ignored. I posted it again below, if you care enough to reply this time. Thank you.
@Susan Louise Do you mind me asking how you get all the nutrients you need to prevent osteoporosis? Doesn't seem to be much calcium in meat unless you binge on sardines.

Okay, Blah,Blah Blah. Exactly what did this doctor say or do that made you think he is "The Wizard of Oz'? These ambiguous statements are silly. Just tell us in 2 sentences.

"As a species, we have been eating meat/eggs/seafood/fish and the like since the beginning of time....so it is absolutely 'normal' to eat these foods.
Everything else has been 'normalized'...ultra processed foods...sugars/grains/seed oils and the like."
While I agree with the first statement, I don't agree that "everything else" has been "ultra processed".
It's quite possible to eat fruits, vegetables, grains and other foods that are not processed at all. Healthy societies around the world have been doing it for centuries.
You seem to infer that only meats, etc. are healthy and unprocessed. It's also possible to find many meats, etc. that are "ultra processed" and are not healthy.
Individuals have choices.

I firmly believe that when it comes to our health, we all need to be our own advocates, and research what the docs say.

My dh and I made a big change with our health about 5 years ago. We eat no carb. None. We thrive on fruits, veges, protein. We exercise every day by walking. I continue to keep off the 70 lbs I lost. Our health has vastly improved and we are in our early 70's. Life is good.
A course on nutrition may be helpful. You are eating carbohydrates if you eat fruit and vegetables.🥕
You have often shared you are a Type 1 diabetic. You clearly are eating sugar in some form. And even meat turns into sugar, in the absence of carbohydrates. 🙄

The OP shared she had a previous diagnosis of lung cancer. Thankfully, she is well but her dietary advice leaves a lot to be desired @smoochy . Eating a diet consisting only of fat and protein is a recipe for disaster. Sounds like orthorexic behavior.😳

When I read the amount of protein she consumes I am agast, a pound of streak or other fat rich meat.
I myself lost 80 lbs with Weight Watchers a well rounded healthy lifestyle. I often wonder about her cholesterol. A diet of only protein can cause horrible constapation and kidney stones.
The Caveman lifestyle is not healthy no matter what the OP claims. You need a well balanced well rounded eating routine

@Goldengate8361 how does one come to your conclusion of "my health is near perfect" what medical barometers tell a person their health is "near perfect"
