@deb5555 how long did you use the local honey before it helped?  I have been taking a tsp of local honey every couple days for two months along with all my other allergy meds and rinse and haven't noticed a difference yet.

My experience has been that every couple of years I have to find a dfferent OTC brand.

I've tried many over the years, and nothing surpasses Flonase spray, IMO.   It takes a few days use for optimal effect, but give it the time it needs.   Only problem is, sometimes I forget to use it .... because I have no symptoms and don't remember I need it.   lol
