An HSN return experience you don't want...

While checking my HSN orders, there is one on my account for Lessman Tumeric with Ginger back in July, 240 capsules.

I do not have it here in the house, and I thought I returned it.

CS said it was too late for a refund, but that a label had been prepared by UPS on October 7,  2019, and they are awaiting the item.

This seems suspicious to me because we were out of town on October 7.

All I can guess is that UPS either has it rolling around on a truck, or it was stolen.(?)

However, it is my responsibility to check my returns/refunds much sooner than this.

🙄

I sent back the Lock n Lock oval dishes and it took 30 Days for QVC to recieve.  I did call CS in 7 days and they refunded the money. CS has been great about the slow returns.

Did you request a receipt for the package you returned?  I always do even if it is pre paid.   You can track your package on line with the code assigned to you on the receipt.

You're saying someone stole it and printed a return label?  That makes no sense.  It is your responsibility, I agree.

@rms1954

Even though I'm confused, that is not what I'm saying!

On my end, everything was ordered late June and shipped to me early July (when the Tumeric specials were going on).

I cannot imagine a reason UPS has a label started on October 7th.

Oh....I’m sorry to hear that.  Unfortunately, that happened to me once too.  There was a new employee at the post office...I was in a hurry...and I didn’t think to request a receipt.   My mistake.    I hope things work out for you.

It's just got to be the $200+ one!

it's the only outstanding return that I have

@Mary Bailey

I'm sorry you are having this too.

Now I've learned that I will need to "babysit" my return packages!
