Amitiza - Anyone have experience with this med?

Does anyone have any experience with this medication? I just went to my stomach dr. with various complaints, one of them being a lot of constipation and he gave me a trial supply of this med. He also suggested propbiotics - Floristor --- again. I tried Floristor before and it seemed as though it made me more bound up, but he said to try it again,???

Just wondering if any-one had used this and had good or bad affects with this drug.
