DH and I are both suffering with arthritis. Doctors are trying to pump us full of meds which do not agree with both of us. We both have several other medical conditions and take quite a few meds. Those of you who take alternative supplements -- vitamins, minerals, herbs, --- anything --- which helps you with pain, inflammation, stiffness, etc. --- could you please list and describe your dosage, etc.?
I am trying to do research and see if there are any possible alternatives for us.
We were both just told that we should take Celebrex. DH started taking it and had horrible side affects. Dizziness, swelling, diarrhea, etc. I decided not to take it at all due to all of the other problems I have.
I realize you have to take all of your meds into consideration when taking these alternative things, but DH and I are at the point where we just don't want to take another prescription which ends up giving us more problems instead of less.
Thanks for reading and for replying!!! It's very much appreciated.
