Re: Allowing teens to take naps at school.

Schools must respond to  their parents demands and the politicians agenda in the district.

Re: Allowing teens to take naps at school.

Guess Southern Illinois University now believes in it. Saw on the news where they have a class for "Library Nap-ins". A 3 week class on "dreams of diversity". After your nap, you write on a wall your "good dreams" about diversity. Bad dreams?

What next? How's bout a class in the real world, courtesy of a branch of the United States Armed Forces. That way they would not need a nap to have "dreams of diversity". They could actually see(while wide awake) the diversity in other parts of the globe, say the Middle East?

Naw! Much better to have a safe class "nap-in" and think about diversity than actually see and be a part of it. And some parents actually foot maybe 60 grand for this? I learned more than how to "take a nap" in the US Army, and I actually got paid while learning, as opposed to dreaming about how diverse the world actually functions.

Re: Allowing teens to take naps at school.

If a lot of them would get off of their phones, they'd be able to sleep.  There are plenty of young people that excell every day on college campuses.
