My DD has allergies to mold, and until we have the first hard freeze, she is pretty miserable. Our allergist has had her on several medicines including allegra and zyrtec. However, these seem to be effective only for a season at most. Because of other health concerns, she cannot do any steroids.

Does anyone know of any home remedies that we might try? She does a nettie kettle, but she has so much congestion in the mornings that even this is uneffective. We do keep the airconditioning going all the time and change filters frequently, and that does help.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
