Air Climber

So, I was looking forward to receiving my Air Climber! Currently doing Weight Watchers and thought this looked like a great way to get moving. Today, get email from the Q saying,

 <tt><tt><tt><tt>Thank you for your recent order placed on 02/19/11 for: (1) Brenda DyGraf Total 
Body AirClimber with Step  (Item# F08311).  I owe you an apology.  
Unfortunately, we will be unable to ship your order as promised.  We are working 
with the vendor to obtain additional stock.</tt></tt></tt></tt>

I ordered long before they "sold out"! Shouldn't they know when they are running out of stock? Very disappointed in the Q!
