Adrenial glands

My Dr. just called and wqnts a repeat cat scan of the adrenial glands.  There are spots on them.  What could that mean?

I think you should ask your doctor, or at least, his nurse. I've had a number of tests this winter, and it really bothers me that the MDs just tell you a scary issue but don't offer any explanations. Of course you want to know what "spots" could mean, even if the doctor can't tell you exactly what yours involve.
