Any of you have one? I bought one today and am hoping for some back pain relief. It was a "Lightening Deal" on Amazon dot com and only $20, so not much of a loss if I don't care for it. Some say painful until you get used to it. Any suggestions? Comments, please.

Did you mean acupressure mat?
If so, I have a blue "Spoonk" (by 'Cotton Pagoda', I think) that I love, but my pain and discomfort threshold is high.
It comes with an excellent manual, and if you check out the many rave reviews online, experienced users will tell you how to ease into the treatment, as well as tell you about the various health benefits (like deep sleep).

Wow, I thought to self, "do they have a mat that sticks you with needles"? Coffee drinker, I knew you meant accupressure, I really did get a laugh out of your title though.
I have the accupressure mat and only used it once. Guess maybe I should give it another go although I didn't care for the pain in caused.

Yes, I did mean acupressure mat if that's what amazon calls it. I just didn't feel like verifying it at that site. Happy you knew what I meant. The brand I bought is HemingWeight that has pretty high marks.

I have one, used it a few times, but didn't notice anything in the way of results. I got bored just lying there. If I wore clothes, I didn't feel much. If I took my clothes off, I was cold. I just never fell into the habit of using it.
