SUPPORT....Anyone here take this?  What difference did you notice?  How long did it take to experience a benefit from taking this?

I've been taking it for a couple of months or more now.  I see absolutely no benefit.  Won't reorder.

I've been taking it for years.  I don't ever want to be without it.  I used to get swollen ankles and also experience "jumpy legs" but that no longer happens.

It did take a few weeks to kick in.  I've recommended it to others who are also happy with the results.

Just remember, it doesn't alleviate leg cramps immediately.  You have to give it adequate time.  Good luck.

I started taking it a few years ago for nighttime leg cramps, and it definitely helps for that.  It's a bit hard to remember, but I think it took a week or two to get results.  I took two a day at bedtime for several months, then cut back to alternating one capsule one night, two capsules the next and alternating between one and two capsules each night.

At one point a number of years back, I experienced. As problems with veins in my legs and had many treatments to resolve this issue.  That is something that runs in my family.

I have been taking Lessman’s for years now and have no new problems.  I would not be without it.

It really helps with that "heavy" feeling I get in my legs and my veins overall look better. It seems to help with hemorrhoids too.

I have not been taking it for a while now. I liked his old formula. Since he changed it quite a while back it does not seem to work as well for me. I don't want to take more of it to get benefit. Wished he would go back to the old formula & raise the price if that's what's necessary to keep it.

Wish he would put the other selenium in his Essentail 1 so I can start taking it again.

I'Ve also been taking it for years.  It eliminated my restless leg syndrome.

I don't recall how long before it kicked in but I've been taking it for years and it really works well for me.  I used to have swollen ankles.
