Seriously????? What kind of advertising? For kale? I say keep posting good info on the true power of good food because you won't hear it on TV or in the main stream media, because selling veggies doesn't make any big corporation money!

Don't you watch TV, read magazines, newspapers, watch talk shows? It's all over media now.

Actually no I don't watch the boob tube or talk shows or read magazines and I get my info from independent news outlets not the lame stream media. And besides what is so horrible about sharing good info about how to protect yourself from debilitating illness? Are you a pharmaceutical sales rep or something and fear it would cut into your business?

None of this is news to me, but there is research which suggests that cooking most of these veggies is healthier, than eating them raw. As for the thyroid aspect, yes, they can block thyroid hormone. This is why the adage, 'everything is better in moderation', is true. As for the Vitamin K content aspect, yes, these veggies can affect blood coagulation. This is also why they should be eaten in moderation. These veggies help to fight cancers, according to a wide body of scientific research. I wish that it was healthy to eat collard greens the way that I really love them; cooked with soul and lots of bacon and some salt pork.

What advertising? Did the OP post a link selling a diet plan or a link for a whacko diet doctor's website? No.
Who knew vegetables were inappropriate
