Love them all! Thank you for posting the story.

Thanks. A very good reminder that there are many different types of greens other than iceberg lettuce. Salads with a variety of greens help with boredom when eating a healthy diet.

We have one bunch of greens a week, which is 2 meals usually. Our favorite is collards, cooked in chicken broth with 1 tsp of sugar added to the pot. We usually grow Swiss Chard (the colored kind is beautiful and easy to grow!) so we have that a lot too. Neither of us is fond of kale.

Or....I really don't care for any of those vegetables, unless they're mixed in with other ingredients. For salads, I prefer ____ to arugula. But, thanks for posting the information, and reminding us to eat healthy.

When I read something that says "...can help save your life," I immediately question the validity of that statement, unless it's relevant to stopping smoking.
Usually that phrase is more applicable to clinical interventions that actually do saves lives and can help save lives.
Good nutrition with benefits, yes. Help save your life? I don't believe so. Since I haven't eaten one of these items in the last year due to an intentinal issue and I'm still here with decent blood panels, I believe this to be more than a bit exaggerated.

It was a BEAUTIFUL reminder for people to eat fresh, crisp leafy greens!! Advertising? And question the validity? Seriously? That's an odd statement. Funny how some imply they are not well & never eaten these items all in the same breath. Ironic?
