Most of these sound pretty good, but some are not low carb.

Low carb? Not low in calories and fat.

Quite a few ot them seem to be high in sodium as well--I can't have those.

KETO has similar snacks on their list. Yummmmmm. Thanks for this.

Yea - high fat for much of this list - but delish nonetheless.

When DH and I snack...which isn't often anymore, we have UTZ's pork rinds if we are craving crunchy/savory....or nuts...plain/raw almonds or cashews. We keep the Blue Diamond 100 calorie packs of the almonds handy and they are great in a pinch.

If we are craving something sweet, we'll split a pkg of FatSnax cookies we keep in the freezer...lemon or chocolate chip. Sometimes we make our own keto-homemade cookies or biscotti.

I'm currently trying to stay away from snacks!  Boy, it's hard!  After being so used to having 2 snacks a day -- this is challenging.  I am the type though that does better just going cold turkey. A lot of these things look good though!

Hummus is not low carb at all.  I was consuming huge amounts of hummus by mistake
