5 minutes on the 'mill' !

[ Edited ]

Yep, sad isn't it?  I pretty much sat down and quit living after the DH died..just gave up....but other than my mobility, I seem to be in pretty good health...so I coaxed myself to get on my treadmill today, shooting for '2' minutes and lo and behold, made it '5' !  That is major for me.  Now, if I can just find the willpower to do it again tomorrow !

@sarahpanda  Excellent job on the treadmill, Sarahpanda 💗! Its all about building up to whatever time works for you and making your treadmill sessions as fun as they can be.  I sometimes put my portable mini treadmill in front of the TV so that I can watch part of a show while I walk.  I'm very sorry for your dear husband's passing, we are here for you. You are doing a great thing for yourself by using your treadmill and making goals for the times that you will walk on it.  You can do it!

Good job! The steps you take today are cumulative and you will take the benefits of health from each step you take with you going forward to each passing day. Nothing is wasted. It all ads up. The more you do, the more days of living. 👍

YAY for you!  If it's nice out, go and walk in nature, it's very meditative. Or if inside, put on some music you like and zone out on the mill ! 🤣🤣🤣-That's what I do-
