I like to make a frozen fruit smoothie in my Vitamix & add a scoop of Field of Greens.  That'll do me for the day in case I don't eat enough fruits & veggies.

I do fairly well.  I'm confident that my meals are well-balanced.  

 

Veggies are high on my menu - and generally a couple of fruit servings a day.

Good information for some to ponder. For me, my way of eating, has never been based on longevity. I go with the saying I am sure most here have heard:

 

"It's not the number of years in life, but the amount of life in those years".

 

I have been looking for the right foods for me and my lifestyle. It has changed many times over the decades, as has my activities. Right now my foods are working the best for me, for now. I however would never suggest anyone eat the way I do.

 

I doubt any Nutritionist or Dietitian would approve of it, but it works for me.
