Do you mean the 21 Day Fix? If so, BEACHBODY sells it. My coach is LuvBoyds, maybe she will see this post and jump on here. The 21 Day fix is a GREAT program. People are getting awesome results from it.

Thanks bunches Sandgirl!! I'm here! I'm here!!! Work has me actually working today. The 21-Day Fix is a 21 day workout program through Beachbody. It has the containers that you measure your food out in for the day and that is what you will eat. Is this what you are asking about? If not I'll be glad to help more.

I'm wondering about the workouts. I spin 4-5 days a week and do not like "dance" routines.

Are the workouts really simple like they say? I am a former runner and now spin 4-5 days a week. I really need more upper body work and something to tone.

I like the idea of portion control (which is my weakness).

Sandgirl and lubboyds, what have been your results.
