If a thread title makes you uncomfortable....scroll on by.

Or if a certain topic disturbs you.....scroll on by.

We are all going through unique “once in a lifetime” (???!) experiences

and since gathering in person to commiserate is no longer advisable,

I see no harm in posting here as a comfort.

There are older folks who live alone w no family nearby...

or others who want the community’s  familiarity and companionship

during this uncertain time.

Let each speak their piece and  you choose to read it, respond.....or not.

That scares me.  Mine has always been 97.6, 96.7, and 98.6.  I am elderly, but have stayed in for 9 days now and feel Ok.  Getting ready to go on treadmill for 45 mins.  Just did a Jane Fonda tape for 45 Min.  Not joking.  Been eating homemade chicken soup for  a week.

Exercise won,t save anyone, but it doesn,t hurt.  A positive fhing.  I could tell mgself, what bother, but it helps mentally.  What ever works for you, go for it.

Exercise actually DOES help you, both physically and mentally.

It gets your blood moving, carrying oxygen to your brain....plus

stimulates immune system (or is it the lymphatic system!?)

Regardless....without overdoing it and staying hydrated..

keep moving!

If I don’t go out for an early (very early) am. jog, I bounce on my Urban Rebounder.  It’s a lot of fun and I can watch TV at the same time,

Also, there is no hard impact on the joints.

One can “jog in place” on a rebounder, jump as high or as low as one wants, or simply walk in place (lifting knees high).

Theres a stability bar on it in case one needs to feel more secure.

Even at my age..I feel like a kid jumping on a bed!

@dex

Thank you.  Yes, for just short of 40 years.
