You can also try baby food prunes, it's like eating pudding, almost

magnesium citrate

miralax

ask the paharmacist to assist you with generics, if need be

So good to hear that Maria is home recovering. I am sending healing wishes her way. It is wonderful that you have each other. It sounds like you are a good caregiver and cooking her some delicious food.

Another suggestion might be to try Smooth Move tea.

 

You can find it in most supermarkets that have a wide

selection of herbal teas.  If not, often you can find it

in drug stores. 

I keep it on hand, and it works very

well.  Several years ago, a doctor recommended it.
