Oh no, this includes Delizza Cream Puffs.  I don't often buy them, but they are good.

I used to buy those all the time for baby showers. I wouldn't dare buy a container of them for ourselves...DH would eat the whole container in one day....and I might help him!

I can not imagine eating a cream puff let alone dying for eating one.... tragic...
