Same here- my orders take for.ever. I won't be getting mine until next week and I ordered during the first show. I was hoping the California distribution center was going to help speed up West Coast orders but it has not.

I agree. I don't notice a difference in the shipping speed either. I rarely even get any packages from California. Lately the tracking for my Wen packages starts in Illinois so I'm not even sure where they're actually coming from but it's definitely not faster.

Mine is stuck somewhere in the Bermuda Triangle as usual.  But in regards

to the Wen products.....it's worth the wait....as long as I get it.  Especially

with Free Shipping i don't mind the wait.

Well, on Saturday, I called CS and they said they'd send an inquiry to corporate to get the shipment released.  It is now Wednesday, a week and a half after I placed the order, and it is still "in process".  I don't know how much I want this TSV kit at this point, I am so frustrated!  How much longer should I have to wait to see an order placed on March 24th get out QVC's door?  Anybody?

@CamilleP, personally I would still get the kit but I would demand some things from QVC. Free expedited shipping would be one and a possible price reduction. I would definitely ask for something. This is coming up on two weeks after placing the order and it hasnt even left.

I finally got my Wen goodies!  Don't know why it takes so long to get here, but they are here at last. I had to open up the SCB cc to finally get a smell of it. I love the scent. Clean light floral scent. Looking forward to finally getting to use it!

Nikki, I did send an e-mail yesterday, and they promised me they'd send the package yesterday or today, and finally, at 9:30PDT today it showed as shipped, with a UPS Ground tracking number that revealed...ta da...billing information received.  <sigh>  But at least they upgraded me from UPS Mail Innovations to Ground, I will get it a day earlier that way.  I was honestly prepared, had they not shipped it by tomorrow morning (2 full weeks after I ordered it) I was going to cancel it, so they must have recognized my increasing desperation (two phone calls and an e-mail, I think I was being remarkably patient!) and decided they'd lose the sale if they didn't get their hineys in gear.

I'm hoping the new hairspray does good things for my hair, as my perm from last December is starting to relax enough that I am starting to use my Callista Perfector again, and would love a little hold for a day-long style.
