If he's gotten a herniated disk, I don't know how he's standing up and talking!  Bless him, he loves his products and he loves his customers, and he's going above and beyond for us!

I saw his video about the new products and how it neutralizes his hair color. He was leaning over a bathtub for a long time. That could not be good if his back was hurting him or may have been the reason why he is in pain.  When you get a bit older, even turning in the wrong direction can create a problem. Feel better.
