I posted some of this information in another thread, but I thought it would be a good idea to create a thread on this topic.
I just got off the phone with Chaz's customer service department and unfortunately they won't be offering any more Seasonal gallons (at least until June 2017).
The CS rep did feel that the out-of-stock 32oz Seasonal Cleansing Conditioners would be available at QVC in the next few weeks, so Wenners should be able to fill out their yearlong winter Seasonal CC needs sometime soon. -- The 32oz Seasonal CCs also have an A/D option available which is probably the best way to go.
__
Here's the recent history regarding Seasonal gallons available at QVC...
Summer Mango Coconut and Summer Honey Peach gallons were available during June Gallons Month. -- Then there was the possibility that select Seasonal gallons would be available during their select season.
When the Fall Ginger Pumpkin (I think it was the FGP) gallons were available for ONE weekend only during Chaz's September visit, they announced on the air that one Seasonal Gallon would be available for one weekend only for each season going forward... which was really confusing for everyone. -- Then Chaz's CS department shared that WVM was the likely choice for the winter season.
I'm guessing that QVC must have felt this was way too confusing and simply nixed the Seasonal gallons during their respective seasons.
At this point, it sounds as though QVC is trying to decide what their Seasonal gallons policy will be for June 2017. -- Maybe they'll just go back to their previous plan of offering one Seasonal gallon from each season during June Gallons month.

For some of us the expense of the 4 seasonals plus my BGT all in a single month would not fit the budget. I hope they can find a way to space the seasonal gallons out. As long as I have WEN I will make it work on a smaller volumn per purchase.

I agree, there are at least four gallons I would like yearly (Fig, 319, FTP, FVWP) but buying them all at one time would make hubby finally put the foot down. No amount of shopping days just for him or Wen Men could bribe him off that one.

Well boo! That means no SHL gallon until June! I'm disappointed. I hope the smc gallon lasts hubby until then but I doubt it...

@HappyDaze, I was so bummed for you when I hear this because it seemed as though SHL gallons were a sure thing for the spring.
Btw, does your husband now prefer SMC to SHL?

@bebe777 No the opposite-smc WAS his favorite until SHL came along. The only reason we have some of the smc gallon left is because he tossed it aside onc SHL was launched. It is like a ridiculously old gallon at this point! I think part of the reason he likes shl better is because I nuzzle up to him more when he uses SHL lol. if Sggt does go 50% off on Chaz's site I will get him a 32oz of that as he likes that one too. I like the scent of Sggt a lot but too drying for my hair. As much as I like smc, I'm kind of tired of smelling it! We need something new in our house!

I don't really mind how they decide to sell the gallons as long as we know in advance that they will actually be available. I would not have bought only one gallon in June if I had known that there would be no other gallons available for a year (except FGP). Also, had I known that WVM would not be available for two years, I would have bought more of them the last time they were offered (June 2015).
I am trying to be understanding about this. We didn't even have seasonal gallons at all until recently and I am grateful for that but given how big of an investment is involved, and the significant expense of having to buy multiple smaller bottles, it is problematic to not have accurate information available to budget.
I do not understand how there was so much miscommunication about this, even in the last few days. Maybe it is impossible for them to know in advance.
I can only use seasonal formulas and get headaches from certain scents (florals). The extra cash for buying smaller sizes really adds up when you can't make up for it with savings by getting tsvs.
Anyway, thanks for getting this info for us @bebe777

@bebe777 Do you know the days & hours that Chaz's customer service is available? I have never contacted them before, but I think I will soon. Thank you.

I just might have to get a SHL gallon if it is offered. I LOVE it!!! It smells so fresh and clean in my hair. I could use it year round. Hopefully, it will be offered sooner than later.

@bebe777 thanks for the info. I stocked up on wvm on ad already but if gallons are offered in June I'll probably get one.
