Ok, now I want an Air Perm!!! I think that is how I can fully rid myself of the dreaded "frizzies"

Interesting - this process (or something very similar) has actually been around for a while.  I can remember getting what they called "air oxy" perms back in the early 90's.  The idea was that this process was much kinder to the hair.

 

This was back when the big curly hair of the 80's - early 90's was still popular.
