@CoastalGal, I dont really keep track as I dont count my pumps anymore in the 16 and 32 oz containers. Pumping from a gallon I use about 6-8 full pumps to cleanse and repeat (3-4 each time). I just use enough to give my hair great slip while combing through it so my hair is well coated and soaking wet.

I usually buy one gallon a year and depending on what else I order it can last me the entire year. This year I am doing 319 and MIF gallons so we shall see how long those last.

To give you an estimate I have used the 16 oz FVWP three times since it arrived combined with 319 but primarily FVWP. There is about a third of the bottle remaining. The last cleansing I used it with a TT 32 oz (TT alone first cleanse, half of second cleanse). There is over 3/4 of that bottle remaining. I can cleanse weekly with no issues or dirty scalp but when I am really treating myself (pampering my hair) I cleanse twice a week.

I am about to straighten my hair for a check and trimming so I may not cleanse again for roughly a week and a half. So it really just depends on what I am doing with my hair.
