Lol @ANewHue!  They also can't control, when customers LEAVE! Woman Happy And take their money with them. It's okay, there will be other customers, but if stupid practices persist, who knows if there will be enough of cash flow to pay salaries, and for everyone?

@sonechko  Well we feel the same way but I feel like they're creating it.  That was the only thing I said and evidentally there must have been so,e truth to it because it got me poofed, not only my post but the whole thread and it wasn't until after I questioned why that they deleted the one on the BB.  You don't need to be a brain surgeon to figure that out.  But after I got poofed that certainly did put me high gear especially when I saw the other thread was still alive and well.

Than (going in circles again Smiley Happy), why not to go ahead and do this from the start? We then would had NOTHING to talk about, @ANewHue! Woman Happy Except being happy.

@sonechko. Another thing that totally has me baffled is why a so called Wenner would come here periodically to denounce this board.  We are discussing Wen and Wen products.  And to make such a statement without knowing facts is totally baffling.

Re: Wen - Notification Alerts Listh year@

Friends,

I just want to say that I don't mind at all if someone doesn't like WEN  - they should feel free to say so!  Shout it, take out an add in the Sunday paper - fine by me.

But to start a thread making personal, derogatory remarks about Chaz is NOT OK.  It is rude and cruel and against BB policy.

If the MODs would remove those personal, nasty posts about Chaz the way they are removed about hosts and other vendors I feel the BB would be much more equatable, and certainly a more balanced, fun. Place to post.

As things stand, it certainly feels very biased, and of course posters wonder why.

I made this same argument time and time over again - I spend SEVERAL THOUSANDS of $$ on QVC each year - 99.99% on WEN Products.

Chaz Dean, whom I happen to RESPECT a lot as a human being, I do NOT wish him being unfairly treated on QVC boards, nor do I wish to close my eyes and pretend not to see these threads, nor do I wish to leave these boards because all this allowed.

Like you, I am a Respected Contributor to this Community, and I am money spending customer. Honestly, @ANewHue, I HAVE NO IDEA, why moderating team does not hear us, when it comes to Wen bashing here. I have no clue, why money paying customer is not being seen or heard!

@sonechko. I forgot to mention is was only AFTER I went and deleted the majority of my 200 items on my "wish list" and cancelled most of my non Wen auto delivery orders that I was answered. Coincidence?  I don't think so.😊BTW my DH is thrilled!!

I bet he is, @ANewHue, I bet husband is thrilled if you won't spend here any longer! Woman Happy  I do not believe, the money we spend on Q, or our concerns, and all these same-o same-o long conversations we having, do touch anyone who's job is to read these boards. They do not see us as paying customers and adults.

They see us more like as we were a herd of sheep and exercise control as they see fit.

I think, customer service/customer relations departments, may get more involved, and give a listening ear to our concerns about what's going on continuously here.

Re: Wen - Notification Alerts List

Hello everyone,

Everything said here so true.  One of the reasons I have not been posting.  It is ok they bash chaz and when we go to defend our opinions it is deleted.  Never understood why once it starts they don't delete the whole post.  Maybe I need to keep hitting the abuse button and see if they deleted it.  Did you buy anything this time cause I have so much Wen.  Did enjoy the beauty IQ with chaz.  He look great with his white sweater.  Everyone have a great day. Re: Wen - Notification Alerts List

@Jax016  I did get the 3 piece styling kit in WWC....I needed all three pieces and like that scent so I stepped out of my "613" styling product comfort zone...LOL\

Yes it seems Chaz & Wen are going to always be a punching bag for some, like I have said for a long time, if the Q doesn't support there own vendor's (although they do some) then that is sad...

But it's always great to see the little bit of shows that are offered..
