OMG I must really be a Wenaholic.  It's 4:50 am here and I'm wide awake 

cause my little princess woke me up to let her out.  So I decided to check

the show out and thanks to @bebe777 I decided to read up on her 

Vitamix Info.  It was  very informative.  

Can someone help, I ordered the Light NBT since of course there's no

shipping charges, but was wandering what the scent was like

compared to my favorite 613 NBT.  I really had missed out on that

huge 20 oz and now I need to stock up for now.

Thanks @Drythe. That is good to know. I didn't even think to check once I've ordered something but I guess it's something to keep an eye on. I just looked and my one order is listed in my order status so hopefully I get it!

I wonder what is going on with QVC's system. I had something strange happen the other day that I meant to contact them about. My September TSV AD shipment was coming up. I'm sure I had skipped it and I didn't get an e-mail reminding me that the AD was approaching. Then the other day I suddenly get this "Thanks for your order" e-mail but I didn't want the AD. Thankfully it was early enough that I was able to cancel.

I'm sorry, I did not see the email from you.  I have been pretty sick with 2 ~ 8 week long bouts of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) which paralyzed my arms and legs.  We now know this was triggered by an antibiotic containing fluoroquinolones.  I know 3 others who have had the same reaction, but not as strongly, perhaps because they are not immunocompromised.  The FDA added a STRONG warning about exactly this possible type of reaction on the day I was discharged from my second stay in the neurology ICU.  My DH who works in the field already knew about this side effect, but the Docs did not, and they kept looking at us as if we were wearing snakes on our heads.  It is STILL only a black box warning!

While I was in the middle of one of these episodes when I (stupidly & stubbornly) tried to stand up on my own and crashed down hard on both knees onto the porcelain floor.  Result ~ I loosened the prosthesis in my  knee which was replaced 11 years ago and have to have it re-done, or as the Docs say revised, on 6-13.  Your friend will be grateful & fortunate for your support!  You are a sweetheart!

I was thinking about you with this issue, so I'm so glad you know about it.  It was the most terrifying thing that ever happened to me.

However they put me in bed I was exactly in the same position in the morning.  Couldn't move move at all.  My abs started to be affected and then they put a total heart monitor on & started oxygen.  All my medical files now say NO Floroquinalones

Now - there is a reason for a class action suit.  Just waiting to see it on TV.

I'm SO glad to know you are recovering!

@AlohaSun...an added bonus is I generally get my order in 2-3 days when I order from Chaz' site.  In fact, I just placed an order this morning for the POM Finishing Treatment Cream (greatest product on the planet for setting curls!).  It is the same price as on QVC ($36), plus I got free shipping from Chaz (vs. $7.46 on QVC).  I'll respond to this post the day I receive it.

@Drythe, I know the fear when your body wont do what you are telling it to. I cant imagine that going on for a length of time. I'm so sorry you went through that hun. Yes, they wont even stop giving it to people and these are very serious effects. Plenty of drug companies sweep things like this under the rug and people never know to avoid certain things. Its really sad!
