I just got the 613 CC that I've been waiting on, along with the 613 styling creme. My initial thoughts were to use it with another CC instead of using it for both cleanses. I haven't actually used one scent for 1st cleanse and another for the 2nd before, but I have mixed them in my palm (MIF and Fig) and used that for both cleanses.

My question is, how do you best like to use 613? By itself? Mixed with another scent and if so, which ones? I currently have in stock Fig, Pom and SHP and wondered which might be best to mix the 613 in with to make it last a little longer since it's so much more expensive than the other Wen that we currently have.

What are your thoughts and feelings on 613? How do you use it and if you would, share your experiences, good and bad!

Re: Wen - How do you use 613?

613 is fabulous alone and mixed! I have been mixing mine with MIF, CLV and TT. I usually do TT for first cleanse and mix the 613 with all the others or sometimes just MIF and 613. You cannot go wrong wit the 613. It does wonders for my hair!

I have also mixed it with POM and fig, but have not yet tried the SHP

Re: Wen - How do you use 613?

When Chaz says that the SHP is mouth watering, he's really not kidding. It's great and very moisturizing. I really like it. I'm thinking that I may try that or fig today with a shot of the 613. Maybe 2/3 to 1/3 consistency. I'll see what feels right Smiley Happy

I highly recommend the SHP. It's still on easy pay, or it was, for the 32oz. I'm thinking of doing another oder of it just so I have it later on.

I usually combine the 613 with whatever I'm using for my first cleanse - Also a great face wash, shaving cream and the list goes on!!

I can't use it very often and only use it mixed with other formulas.  Although, I do like the 613 styling creme and use it frequently.

I always mix 613 in with whatever CC I am using for my 2nd cleanse everytime I wash.  Love 613 - really brings out my curls!

Re: Wen - How do you use 613?

I found that my hair does not like 613 alone. So after a double cleanse (TT first cleanse and a second cleanse of SHP, SAM or POM), followed by a pump of  613 mixed with a pump of whatever second CC as a leave-in, works miracles for my hair. I cannot get over the results. My hair is protein-sensitive, so cleansing with the 613 alone causes major dryness.

Re: Wen - How do you use 613?

I just got done mixing it with Pom. For the first cleanse I did 2/3 Pom and the second cleans e I did 2/3  613, did the leave in of 613 as well as the 613 SC. The two scents together smelled amazing, and right now my hair feels great.

However, I had to laugh at myself because in March when I got the TSV and 613 was included,  I didn't know what 613 was and I told my 18 year old son (who could care less WHAT he uses) "Yeah you can use the stuff in the white bottle" and now I'm like, "OMG I don't know what I was thinking."

Note to self, never give him any access to my Wen. Though, I have to say, he did really like it and when I attempted to buy "fake" Wen he was all, "it's not the same" and I had to admit it wasn't and we got back on the Wen train. I was afriad of the over all cost but really, I just didn't sit down and budget it in. I just saw how much I was using (not realizing there was a learning curve) and I freaked out.

I use 613 alone or as a second wash following Fig. My hair is protein sensitive, so I only use it a few times a month. You can also use it as an overnight treatment, which I like to do about 36-48 hours before I color my hair.
