She didn't say that celiac disease was a myth.  I'm sure she's referring to people who claim that they have to be "gluten free", when they don't even know what gluten is! There are so many people who jump on the latest weight loss/health/lifestyle bandwagon, that it can give a bad rap to the individuals who have no choice but to follow certain guidelines. 

Celiac is a legit disease, I have two family members who've been diagnosed (by a physician, not an Internet self-diagnosis 😃). I've seen first hand the difference in how they feel when they follow a gluten free diet.......trust me, when an eight-year-old tells you he doesn't want birthday cake and pizza because it hurts his belly, that's legit.

I'm hoping this is won't affect our favorite formulas.

I am by NO means an ingredients expert, but I'm assuming that the type of protein doesn't determine the amount of moisture that a CC provides. For me personally, my hair doesn't need a lot of the extra amino acids, that's what becomes drying with extended use. So, as long as he doesn't start adding extra treatment ingredients to my favorite core products, I should still be a happy Wenner 😃

With all of that being said, I would still love to see another moisture rich core formula, with NO extra amino acids. Remember the Wen Milk and Honey discussions?  Anyone know if Dooters is a fan of honey?? 😃
