Wen - Chaz: before using 319/613 NBT, take a photo

In Chaz's Happy Labrador Day periscope video (9/7), he talked about how arnica (mountain flower  -?) and Vitamin K are so good for the skin and can help reduce bruising. 

 

He suggested that anyone who purchased either the 319 (fragrance free) or 613 Nouriching Body Treatment (NBT) should take photos of the skin areas that they would be using the NBT on before they started using using the NBT. 

 

Then take maybe weekly follow up photos, so that you could see the difference in your skin. Sounds like a goo plan, especially since it is difficult to remember what the before looked like.

My surgeon had me use Arnica Montana cream/gel after surgery to help with bruising. It worked. I always keep a tube of it around.
