Has anybody got any progress on this item? Mine has said that the label was printed on the 19th and so far hasn't budged an inch.

I got both of my packages today. I ordered on January 16, two of them.

I like it best for my face, as a moisturizing and refreshing treat, as well as make-up setting. For my hair it may be too much, though, only if I use just a little bit at the time on second day.

Didn't order this but ordered the other mousse/SC OTO and it is still in process since Monday. No label even created yet. Pretty slow for QVC.

@segrl21 My mousse/SC OTO shipped but it has said "label created" on the UPS tracking for the past two days.
