Re: Waitlist cancelled or on backorder

Not with his items, but I did order a halo bolt in early October. When I ordered it, it said they had them in stock and then all of a sudden it was back ordered and I just went to check today and it was canceled. What the heck? I didn't even get a notification for anything.

Re: Waitlist cancelled or on backorder

@CamilleP @geezerette - l'm a huge coffee fan - I love the smell, the taste - hot or cold. However, when Starbucks came to the East Coast, I tried it a couple of times and did not like it at all. It tasted burned and actually made me nauseous. Several of my coffee-drinker friends had the same reaction. Since moving South, I discovered a lighter version at Starbucks which doesn't bother me at all. My all time favorite go-to when I go North is WaWa - great coffee - ALL.THE.TIME. Since we don't have WaWa here, we now have 7 Eleven which are opening up. They aren't bad either.

Re: Waitlist cancelled or on backorder

@riley1   I've lived in the PNW all my life, and I find that all the barristas in my area make coffee stronger than they need to, even brewing instructions tell you to use way more than actually makes a good cup, I suppose in order to sell more coffee.  I use a tablespoon per cup all right, but that's "how many cups I get out of a pot", usually about 5 large mugs, not the dinkly little portions the instructions talk about!  I tend to buy the dark roasts from any coffee roaster, Starbuck's, Peet's, or my favorite, a regional brand called Cafe' Mam.   Only one coffee I've ever bought has ever bothered me, and that wasn't the caffeine, it was the acid.  Death Wish Coffee, wowsers, it kills you by eating a hole through your stomach, like lava!

@CamilleP  @geezerette - Do either of you know if they pulled the new winter CC  Chocolate Truffle off? It is no longer listed as waitlist and not even mentioned.

I wonder if Chaz is not able to get the ingredients at this time.

I'm still loving the PPL!

I suspect there's been a problem getting it.  I notice Chaz only has the chocolate truffle mousse on his site, and no other chocolate truffle products.  That's just my thought, Chaz hasn't said anything about it.

Technicaly we're still in fall, aren't we?  So I'm hoping to see it come in by about Dec. 1st.  But if there are supply chain issues then who knows.

Winter Chocolate Truffle should be coming later this month or next according to Chaz.  At the sale price like PPL.

He says it smells fantastic!

Re: Waitlist cancelled or on backorder

Oooh, now I'm getting excited, thanks for the update, @geezerette !  The peel-n-sniff smelled scrumptious, I just hope the honey complex, if present at all, is down far enough in the ingredient stack, like the PPL, that I can use it freely!

So much for my plans to simplify my WEN routine, if I can use both these new Fall/Winter scents I'll be back to four seasonals.  Since those two seasons are my "jam", generally speaking, I will probably be happy with that.
