I have used WEN for twelve years and i can tell you that this is as close to deceptive advertising that I have seen. There is no way that Chaz did not know about this. Thogu I have never had any problems with the product I received an E mail and will pursue the $25 settlement fee. Sephora sells WEN but look closely.....it's under Gunthy Renker. Someone got caught.
You'll pursue the $25 because you got Wen product you did not like off ebay? Nice.
Gunthy Renker sells different formula of Wen, because they have different ingredient requirements - they sell internationally. These ingredients are also posted - not hidden. What deceptive advertising you are talking about?
I hope this $25 will bring you a lot of good to justify the "wrong" and ease the pain Wen somehow managed to inflict upon you.

@nikki48, greedy and beyond! Here is a direct quote where poster justifies her action. Is there any decency left in the world to go around? "Thogu I have never had any problems with the product I received an E mail and will pursue the $25 settlement fee." Just brilliant!

I got the email this morning myself and don't understand why. I've only bought from QVC. I have no intentions of jumping on the bandwagon to collect $25.00 for something I've had no issues with. I have no idea how they got my email.. Bothers me but I also would take that $25.00 and buy more WEN.

one really has to think that the lawyers are trolling these boards just to see how much attention this is getting.
it is boring already - the news is old. And now so many new Beauty companies are introducing their own cleansing conditioners and I guess they should just be forewarned.
o and btw clueless why my name was on their random list.

I know the formula is slightly altered due to shipping products out of the country....It's the law...

I got the email too, rolled my eyes and deleted it. I won't pursue. I love my wen and think the lawsuit was frivolous and ridiculous .

I also received an email--I immediately deleted it!

If you buy product from ebay there's no way of knowing if it even was G/R product. There's the same issue with buying it from Amazon sellers.
Does the class action email even ask for proof of purchase?
