Oh, well, I will continue to search on eBay, Amazon, and other sites. Have not heard back from Chaz's team for the second "we will check at the warehouse" they said they would do.

Still think purchasing a 32-ounce of one of the classics that doesn't sell as fast, like Cucumber Aloe, would give me a better chance of getting the taller necked pumps.

Bummer.  I wish we had a private message option on these boards so we could exchange personal information if we chose.  Oh well.

I seem to remember that you get the 32 oz Tea Tree TSV trios like I do.  I'm on A-D for those and have been getting the taller pumps with them.  Are you not getting the taller pumps with them too?  Or am I incorrect in assuming you got that same TSV?

Maybe when Chaz has another live FB chat you can ask about the pump mystery!

@geezerette Yes, I am on the Tea Tree auto delivery for the trios, but I skipped the last shipment due to having enough to last me until the following shipment. Maybe I should check to see if I can still get the one I skipped. Good point!

Also, I may just go on Facebook and chat with his vast followers and see if they have some I could get. Pretty sure I can give my email address on Facebook.

@geezerette Checked with QVC and the team said that they can't reinstate once I have cancelled one of the auto-deliveries. Also, they can't speed up the April delivery date.

But that was a good idea!

You can always just wait until your next A-D and see which pumps you get. If you can wait that long! ☺️

Good idea to try Facebook.  Not only will you probably get more response from users, but Chaz and the WEN team will more than likely see your post(s) too.  You know how meticulous Chaz is; he's personally likely to look into anything he perceives as a problem!

@ANewHue Yes I scored big, thanks to @Suz585. She is MY angel. She doesn't have a tail that wags, but as far as I am concerned, she is right up there with Chaz's Angels when it comes to having someone looking out for you.

I’m having a WVM day here. The snow has been falling since last night we got about 12 inches so far. The candle is lit, the oil is on the scalp and I’m staying nice and cozy. Hope everyone is safe and sound .❄️❄️⛄️⛄️❄️❄️
