I bought the Dry oil on wait list Oct 8th and today noticed that it was feature price for $59.64....Called customer service the first person cancelled my "featured" price and transfered me to "customer" service to do the price adjustment...the call got dropped and so when I called back I got the runaround....since the order is in processing I have to call back a THIRD time to get my measely  $6.01 price adjustment....but since it's on autodelivery that multiplied by 2-3 times...What a run around...I wish they could have made the process a little less cumbersome.

Hi, Pineappletoo!  I just checked my account and it went from waitlist to in process YAY!!!!  This time I'm getting 319.  I got 613 which was great !!

Hi @77yangya  yes 319 shipping, 613 still on waitlist, but I am holding out..

I really want the 613, so hopefully soon..  glad for all the 319 folks!

Hi, quadmimi!  Yes, the 613 one is really nice.  I want to get the 319 because I mix all my Wen scents and I especially love the PJP smell from the NBT and EDP.
