I also received great service three times I have contacted the salon. I received a pump for 613 and it was due to my own clumsiness. It's definitely unusual you didn't hear back.

@Tinkrbl44 I have always had same day responses from WEN CS.  Have you checked your junk folder by chance?  I'm not sure if you're a regular WEN user and already know this, but the pumps do stop working after about 3/4 of the product has been used.  We just put the original cap back on and store the bottle upside down.

I always email,  which is the most convenient way for me.

They always get back to me in a few hours at the most.
