@Julie_23   I have a couple of gallons of Winter Vanilla Mint I got in 2015, and have been using them this past year, the first one was from June, so it was a little less than nine (9) year old when opened.  It is fine, smells wonderful, and works just like it was made yesterday.  As long as that seal is intact on your bottles, I wouldn't worry about it.
