@FleaMktQn Yes, my babies are my three cats and they're definitely way too spoiled. Cat Happy Before I was born my parents had a parrot that could impersonate my brother. Sometimes when the parrot was saying something they'd think it was my brother! Cat Tongue

Yep, Elvis (my grey) imitates me all the time, especially coughing & sneezing.

The amazon I want is also one of the best talking breeds Heart But that isn't real important to me, as long as they'll let me pet & love on them I'm happy Smiley Very Happy

This is the sweetest thing I've heard in a long time, @FleaMktQn! Your bird calling you - "Mama". Ohhhh... Sweetness. Woman Happy

@FleaMktQn! How your birds taking your absense? You know, when you leave them? Do they show happy commotion when you come back home? I never had birds to know how they relate to their owners.

@sonechko They do very well alone, Sam (my B&G) will call Mama when I come in. Her cage is by a window that looks out on the driveway, one day me daughter had my van & Sam started calling me as soon as she saw the van.

Birds pick their people, Sam & Fredrica (the amazon I want, is Fred for short) both immediately loved me. My girl birds have boy names, but I didn't name them Smiley LOL And if a bird doesn't like you it doesn't matter how good you are to them they will never like you.

Re: The right way to use Re-Most

Hello Friends,

@sonechko

See, we ARE hair sisters.  Mine is straight, slippery, shiny, and absolutely curl challenged.  I've given up trying, the best it will do is bend a bit!

@sailor_moon

It most be wonderful to have such versatile hair!  Can't even imagine what it would be like to have curls, not even one.  When my hair is very short there is a little wave going on in the back - of course not up front, or on the crown where it could do any good!

@FleaMktQn

Birds!  You have birds!  Bet they are beautiful.  Really wanted a bird, but with 5 (at least) cats and 3 dogs I don't think one would have a happy life here.  Was always afraid I would make one totally neurotic trying to assure it was safe from the other animals.  Feared a tragic accident.

So, SimplySlowGoods ~  ordered 10-20, confirmation shipping 10-26, delivery 10-31.  I guess that's not so bad, seemed much longer.  At any rate they are very soft, and have a toggle closure made from bamboo.

I like it lots even if young Labby does not!  Have not washed yet, so can't speak to that.

night night !

Re: The right way to use Re-Most

@Drythe We had a cat that would let my quaker preen her fur & the cocktiels could perch on her food bowl & she'd walk away, & we had the cat before the birds. But I know that's not the norm.

It is bed time on the east coast, so Sweet Dreams All Heart

@FleaMktQn That is so true about birds. My parents once had a parrot and it didn't like anyone but my sister.

@Drythe That pretty much describes my hair as well. I can get a slight wave in it while it's wet but by the time it's dry it's straight again. I used to get perms but eventually decided to stop damaging my hair like that. I do miss the curls sometimes, though!

Thanks @bebe777

I have the products that I need - I think.

My issue is not that anything's wrong with my hair it's self, it is an issue of self inflicted damage to my lovely Wen hair.

Wearing swizzies, and twizzies, and scrunchies, bobbies, clips and tie-ups under a ball cap from 6 AM to 10 or 11 at night every day for a month broke and tore and shredded my beautiful hair.  <SOBBING HERE>

While I'm treating it well with all my WEN magic, I think the only way it's going to be the way I love it is when the damage I've done grows out.  I'll probably break down in the next few weeks and have a good cut. <OUCH>

So, send out fast hair growing vibes please friends and I'm gonna keep up with the TT and 613 and SHP and MIF.

Of course the arrival of that elusive bamboo hair towel twist would help.

@Drythe, oh no!! I'm so sorry to hear that. You had mentioned it before but I hadn't really understood what the damage was. Smiley Sad Scrunchies and clips can play havoc with baby fine hair.

I'm sending out a boat load of fast hair growing vibes right now. I'm tending a friend's garden this weekend and so later today as I try to give her garden some TLC, I'll be sending the growing energy down your way. Smiley Happy
