You have made your decision as of course you are entitled by your position.  I would just like to say, that I see this post as rude, unproductive to communication, and unkind to a vendor.  

I believe it should be removed, and I have noticed many less negative comments about other vendors that have been deleted.

There are many rude and unkind remarks about hosts and vendors. Keyboard bullies with nothing better to do. They must be truly unhappy people.
