Boy, did I really goof!!! When I saw the TSV, I was so flipped out I just ordered the one time. Then I heard Chaz say what will be in the AD summer one. I got on the phone to ask QVC if I could change my order, which I had already received, to auto delivery. They said, the only way it can be done is if you order ANOTHER TSV on AD. I cannot do that, I want the winter candles that will be coming out so, I missed out on that. I ALWAYS tell myself,..........don't be so impetuous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I muffed that one! Just call me, "little miss muff it!!!" LOL!!:

Wow @77yangya I have changed to auto del on many items..Even after I recieve it.
Maybe this TSV is different, but I would ask for a CS supervisor maybe and try again.
Hope you can still get it..

Thanks, quadmimi. You just gave me the idea to do just that. I'm gonna call right now! I'll post what happens. But yeah, they said you have to get it AGAIN to get it on AD!

Okay, I just got off the phone. Here's the deal. I ordered the TSV under one time. I did not look closely enough, I just ordered. Now I want AD. They said no, it cannot be modified. I would have to get the first one AGAIN and that would generate a new order number. Once you have the one time order, it cannot be changed under the SAME order number. I called twice. Both reps said same thing. It happened to me once before and I ate getting the second one again. It's okay, it's my own fault, should've been more careful in placing order and not been so impetuous.

Please forgive me for posting alot. I don't want to see anyone else get disappointed. This is why Chaz always drives the point home, MAKE SURE you order on AD because you can't go back, you CAN cancel but not go back. When it is gallonpalooza month he always says this. The people I spoke with were very nice but adamant. They MUST generate a new order number for AD. My mistake. It's okay, when the summer ones come out, there'll be deals, I'm sure. It's just that Chaz said that Coconut Mango is gonna be retired but that one will be in the summer AD and I'd like to get that one more time. Things will be on flex pay and if I have to get it singly, then okay. But anyway, make sure when you order, it's best to ALWAYS choose AD. You can ALWAYS cancel later. They even give you a little calendar to choose a different delivery date. I get it, it would be a nightmare for them if everyone decided to change from single to AD, forget the confusion it would cause. It's okay though, it's my own fault. I've been dealing with my own impulsion since I was a kid!

If you just ordered TSV you should really be able to change to AD-
usually an option appears briefly on your online acct that this is available.
I would check again and call back too.

I ordered the seasonal TSV one-time shipment because I only wanted the winter scents. It has already shipped (I haven’t gotten it yet). But when I check the order (online) it still gives me the option to convert to auto-delivery. I don’t know if it will go through because I didn’t choose that option, I was just curious to see if you could still do that. I have changed other WEN orders in the past to auto-delivery. You may need to do it online, rather than with customer service.
Even if it doesn’t work, you’re out nothing, and it’s worth a try if you really want the summer scents.

Hi @77yangya Here's my 2 cents, I ordered a seasonal TSV early when the numbers came out on 10/16 and I ordered another one when Chaz was on air, neither of them on AD.
The one I ordered early does not have the option to convert to AD when I go to the order details page (click on view my order) but the one I ordered Tuesday does have the convert to AD option. So I guess there is a limited amount of time for changing to AD
Also my Tuesday TSV is getting delivered today WOW that was FAST
