I generally have the same experience getting shipments to CA. No updating til Sacamrnto from SC or NC. Generally 4-5 days. I'm getting my 2 TT TSVs tomorrow. This time only 3 days from NC.

I just received my TT tsv yesterday.  Since I had never used either the TT rtm or styling creme, I had to try them today.  I decided that I like both of them and was very surprised since I really didn't think I would.

YOLO, girl! $65 for over $200. If you use FIG now, you won't be sad about it later. Go out to eat and a movie one less time in Sept to stay home and marinate, and you are good! See how easily I solved that for you? 😎😎😎

Yes, everything that ships from SC travels at snail's pace. For some reason my TSV shipped from NC ad it got here much faster. Most of my Wen packages never come from NC, though, so I'm used to waiting 100 years.

My TT TSV shipped from NC and I received it in three days. But the POM coming from SC, I am not holding my breath. I got annoyed and sent an email to the Q complaining about how slow the SC center is and how the tracking never updates. That place is so inefficient, you would think they would have done something before now. I get packages from the Harrisburg, PA center in two days, without fail, and it is further away than SC. Makes no sense.

Exactly. My orders from SC don't update until they arrive in California which is usually at least a week later. After that I have to wait another day or two for the package to be delivered. Somehow packages from NC go straight to AZ.

Wow, something really bizarre just happened. My POM TSV that had no tracking updates since Sunday is all of a sudden out for delivery today. That's only three days since I first got the "shipped" email. Signs of the apocalypse?

My POM TSV suddenly made it to Sacramento. They have it being delivered tomorrow. Got my 2 TTs today. Really love that we are getting these so far ahead of the original EDDs. 😍

I ordered my FIG TSV on Wednesday morning. It started off as Advanced order. Later on that afternoon I checked my status and it was listed as in process. I have just checked tonight. (Friday) and it is now listed as shipped.

Let me know if anyone has any other uses for the Styling Cream.  I will just add it to other gifts I give as an extra goodie for now!
