Absolutely, do this and I don't think you'll need to notify a Mod because they do watch that forum.

Sorry that's happened. I get lots of things on AD and have never had anything like this happen. They should be able to fix this for you.

@kricket3142, I think ChynnaBlue gave you the best suggestion of all. I completely forgot about that resource. 

Pop into the Customer Care forum and see if the QVC moderators can help you out here. -- The mods are great and they are very proactive.

The exact thing happened to me --- twice.  The first time I caught it and canceled the duplicate order.  Then two days later it happened again and this time shipped.  I complained to customer service and a week later received a response from VP of Customer Service to go ahead and keep it with their compliments.  Unfortunately for me, I had already received it and promptly returned to QVC as instructed by Customer Service.  So, just inconvenienced and not sure I will continue shopping with QVC.
