Thought I'd post a pic of my post deep treatment all wen hair!  Yes, the bangs and sides are prelightened before the vibrant color is put on but only once unless I change the color.   Meaning I just do my regrowth.   Chaz would kill me but I love it, and I get asked why my color stays so long.  I just do my regrowth when I do the dark also.  It stays like magic! 

This is after deep treating for almost two hours with 319 and wvm.   I put in wvm for my leave in but no other stylers, not even sc, because I wanted to see how it was without them.   Then I let it air dry.  Excuse the no makeup!

Thanks also for the tips on hair, I am opposite of you, baby fine, porous, curly on the ends, (color my roots) so I fight dry end...

@quadmimi my hair is curly but not super curly.  It falls out when I run my fingers through it which is what happened today.   Also for it to stay that way I have to use tge right products and I have yet to find my wen combination for that so I rarely wear it curly now.  I fight dryness too, and my hair is fine but very dense.
