Hi everyone, 

The moderators have helped me work through this problem really quickly. I really appreciate the new moderator system and how helpful and proactive they are. 

Chaz has two more OTOs between now and tuesday evening, so hopefully everything will go well when I sent out the notifications for the next two OTOs... if I'm around when they are presented.

Unfortunately, the FTP OTO is now on waitlist only. The QVC system thought my notifications were spam and locked me out of the system. By the time my account got reactivated, it was a bit too late. 

That said, If you had your heart set on this OTO, then I'd recommend that you check the status every hour or so (or even more often). Sometimes the OTO becomes available again a few hours after it has gone "waitlist only"... but then it's only available again for a few hours.

Thanks so much @bebe777.  It was so considerate of you to let us all know.  Right now, I have 2 unopened styling cremes from TSV, an open 613 and SHP styling creme. I have one open and one closed SHP mousse.  And I won't tell you how many CC I have.    So I gotta use up a little stash first

@lrmuffin you're most welcome and... lol, I understand all too well.

I have a stash as well, but I like it that way. Part of the reason is that I love the Seasonals -- I just got my Fall Tuscan Pear and it's another winner!! -- so I have a bunch of "in use CC bottles. 

Wen is a bit of an extravagance for me but the TSVs help and Wen makes me and my hair very happy.

Well, I was out taking an Autumn walk with DH and DP (dear puppy) and missed getting in while it was still in stock, but the Q accepted my waitlist order, so I'll hope enough people cancel their order for me to squeak in on the bargain.  I can't remember what it was I didn't like about FTP, but I can use a 16 ounce up eventually, even if it isn't totally perfect for my hair, and I do remember liking the scent, so the mousse and styling creme will come in handy for after-cleansing treatment, IF I wind up getting any.
